OR REMIT THE SAME THROUGH ONLINE BANKING. TRANSFER and shall sign the Memorandum at the foot of these conditions. The sums paid by the Purchaser under Clause 2 and this Clause shall be payment of deposit and towards part payment of the purchase price and will be held by the Assignee/Bank subject to the provisions of Clauses 2, 14 and 19.
