Oral Notice in Emergency. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 15.1, any notice required hereunder with respect to an occurrence or event requiring immediate attention may be made orally, by telephone or otherwise, provided such notice shall be confirmed in writing within 24 hours thereafter. Each Party shall make any such oral notice directly to the Operating Contact of the other Party.
