Oral Presentation to Immediate Supervisor. The employee and/or Union Representative may present the grievance orally to the immediate supervisor within seven (7) working days of the occurrence of the events giving rise to the dispute or within seven (7) working days from such time as the employee or Union should reasonably have been aware of this occurrence.
