Order Form Requirements. All Orders pursuant to this Master Agreement, at a minimum, must include: 7.6.1 The services or supplies being delivered; 7.6.2 A shipping address and other delivery requirements, if any; 7.6.3 A billing address; 7.6.4 Purchasing Entity contact information; 7.6.5 Pricing consistent with this Master Agreement and applicable Participating Addendum and as may be adjusted by agreement of the Purchasing Entity and Contractor; 7.6.6 A not-to-exceed total for the products or services being ordered; and 7.6.7 The Master Agreement number or the applicable Participating Addendum number, provided the Participating Addendum references the Master Agreement number.

  • Purchase Order Requirements Customers shall use a Request for Quote per section 287.056(2), Florida Statutes, when making purchases off of this State Term Contract. Customers shall issue Request for Quotes to at least 25 vendors approved to provide IT Staff Augmentation services in accordance with section 287.0591(5), Florida Statutes. Customers shall order services from the Request for Quote via a Purchase Order with the Customers’ selected Contractor. The terms of the Purchase Order shall not conflict with the terms and conditions established by this Contract. In accepting a Purchase Order, the Contractor recognizes its responsibility for all tasks and deliverables contained therein, warrants that it has fully informed itself of all relevant factors affecting accomplishment of the tasks and deliverables and agrees to be fully accountable for the performance thereof.

  • Program Requirements The parties shall comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements established in 49 CFR Part 26.

  • Minimum Requirements Consultant shall, at its expense, procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or subconsultants. Consultant shall also require all of its subconsultants to procure and maintain the same insurance for the duration of the Agreement. Such insurance shall meet at least the following minimum levels of coverage:
