Order of Court or Superior Public Authority. If any court or other superior public authority issues an order that affects the Work and the order results from no act or fault of the Contractor, the Contractor may stop the affected Work. In addition, the Contractor may stop Work as a result of an act of government, such as a declaration of a national emergency, making critical materials unavailable.
