ORDER OF PRECEDENCE OF DOCUMENTS. 34.1 Inconsistencies between any contract documents in relation to which two or more Parties are party to two or more contract documents shall be resolved in the following order of precedence: 34.1.1 this Agreement; followed by 34.1.2 Project Agreements; followed by 34.1.3 Shareholders Agreements; followed by 34.1.4 all other contract documents to which the relevant Parties are a party.
