Common use of Order or Decree Clause in Contracts

Order or Decree. This Agreement may be terminated by Purchaser or the Company if any court of competent jurisdiction in the United States or other U.S. governmental body shall have issued an order, decree, ruling or taken any other action restraining, enjoining or otherwise prohibiting in any material respects the transactions contemplated hereby and such order, decree, ruling or other action shall have become final and nonappealable.

Order or Decree. This Agreement may be terminated by Purchaser Parents or the Company Buyer if any court of competent jurisdiction in the United States or other U.S. United States governmental body shall have issued an order, decree, ruling or taken any other action restraining, enjoining or otherwise prohibiting in any material respects the transactions contemplated hereby and such order, decree, ruling or other action shall have become final and nonappealable.

This Agreement may be terminated by Purchaser the Sellers or the Company Buyer, if any court of competent jurisdiction in the United States or other U.S. United States governmental body shall have issued an order, decree, ruling or taken any other action restraining, enjoining or otherwise prohibiting in any material respects the transactions Transaction contemplated hereby (including, but not limited to, FCC denial of the Assignment Applications) and such order, decree, ruling or other action shall have become final and nonappealable.
