Order of Business. The order of business at all meetings of stockholders shall be as determined by the chairman of the meeting.

(b) Proof of notice of meeting or waiver of notice.

(d) Reports of the Board.
(e) Report of committees.
(f) Election of the Board of Managers.
(g) Unfinished business.
(h) New business.
Order of Business. At any meeting of the Board, business shall be transacted in the order as the Board may determine from time to time. The secretary of the meeting shall prepare minutes of the meeting and such minutes shall be placed in the record books of the Company.
Order of Business. The order of business at any meeting of the Board of Directors shall be as follows:
1. Determination of members present and existence of quorum;
2. Reading and approval of the minutes of any previous meeting or meetings; 3. Reports of officers and committeemen;
Order of Business. 8.1 At every meeting of the Joint Committee the order of business shall be to select a person to preside if the Chairman or Vice Chairman are absent and thereafter shall be in accordance with the order specified in the notice of the meeting except that such order may be varied either by the Chairman at his or her discretion or on a request agreed to by the Joint Committee.
Order of Business. At all meetings of the Board of Directors business shall be transacted in the order determined by the Board.

At all meetings of the Board, the Chairperson, or in the Chairperson’s absence the Vice Chairperson, or in the absence of both of these officers, the Acting Chairperson, as applicable, shall preside.
