Ordering – Line Sharing Sample Clauses
Ordering – Line Sharing. 3.5.1 CCI shall use BellSouth’s LSOD to order splitters from BellSouth and to activate and deactivate DS0 Collocation Connecting Facility Assignments (CFA) for use with High Frequency Spectrum.
3.5.2 BellSouth will provide CCI the LSR format to be used when ordering the High Frequency Spectrum.
3.5.3 BellSouth will provision High Frequency Spectrum in compliance with BellSouth’s Products and Services Interval Guide available at the website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
3.5.4 BellSouth will provide CCI access to Preordering LMU in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BellSouth shall xxxx and CCI shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.
Ordering – Line Sharing. 3.5.1 AmTel shall use BellSouth’s LSOD to order splitters from BellSouth and to activate and deactivate DS0 Collocation Connecting Facility Assignments (CFA) for use with High Frequency Spectrum.

3.5.4 BellSouth will provide AmTel access to Preordering LMU in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BellSouth shall bill and AmTel shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.

3.5.4 BellSouth will provide Freedom access to Preordering LMU in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BellSouth shall xxxx and Freedom shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.

3.5.4 BellSouth will provide BAK access to Preordering LMU in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BellSouth shall bill and BAK shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.

3.5.4 BellSouth will provide Telepak Networks access to Preordering LMU in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BellSouth shall xxxx and Xxxxxxx Networks shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.

3.5.4 BellSouth will provide CBX One-Stop access to Preordering LMU in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BellSouth shall xxxx and CBX One-Stop shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.

3.5.4 BellSouth will provide Deland Actel access to Preordering LMU in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BellSouth shall bill and Deland Actel shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.

3.5.3 BellSouth will provision High Frequency Spectrum in compliance with BellSouth’s Products and Services Interval Guide available at the website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
3.5.4 BellSouth will provide Sail Networks access to Preordering LMU in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BellSouth shall xxxx and Sail Networks shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.
