Common use of Ordering – Line Sharing Clause in Contracts

Ordering – Line Sharing. 3.5.1 MyLineToo shall use BellSouth’s LSOD to order splitters from BellSouth and to activate and deactivate DS0 Collocation Connecting Facility Assignments (CFA) for use with High Frequency Spectrum. 3.5.2 BellSouth will provide MyLineToo the LSR format to be used when ordering the High Frequency Spectrum. 3.5.3 BellSouth will provision High Frequency Spectrum in compliance with BellSouth’s Products and Services Interval Guide available at the website at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. 3.5.4 BellSouth will provide MyLineToo access to Preordering LMU in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BellSouth shall bill and MyLineToo shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.
