ORDERS ARE OBLIGATORY. Until the expiration or earlier termination of the Contract, State may issue and Contractor shall accept Orders that make proper reference to the Contract and are permissible hereunder, provided that, Contractor is not obliged to accept any Order that is not consistent with the then-current pricing, lead times, specifications, or payment provisions of the Contract. Contractor shall fulfill and complete any Orders that are begun but not yet completed as of expiration or earlier termination of the Contract unless State instructs otherwise at the time. 3.12.4
