Orders between You and Our Authorized Reseller. Notwithstanding the above terms of this section 1.8 (Fees and Taxes), if you purchased your license to the Product and/or maintenance and support from an Authorized Reseller, then the fees will be set out in the Order between you and the Authorized Reseller. The Authorized Reseller may be responsible for billing and/or collecting payment from you and if so, the billing and collection terms agreed to between you and the Authorized Reseller may differ from the terms set out in this section 1.8 (Fees and Taxes).
