Ordinary Business Expense. Nothing contained in this Section 7.1 or elsewhere in this Agreement is intended to prevent the Company from treating the compensation and other payments that it may pay pursuant to this Agreement as an ordinary expense of doing business and, accordingly, from deducting said payments from gross income in any local, state, or federal income tax return.
