Oregon Laws and Forum. This Agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to its provisions regarding conflicts of law. Any litigation between CITY and GRANTEE arising under this Agreement or out of work performed under this Agreement shall occur in Multnomah County court having jurisdiction thereof, and if in the federal courts, in the United States District Court for the State of Oregon.

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, (A) nothing in this Section 5(e) shall prohibit any party from seeking or obtaining orders for conservatory or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction and (B) each Holder agrees that any judgment issued by a Chosen Court may be recognized, recorded, registered or enforced in any jurisdiction in the world and waives any and all objections or defenses to the recognition, recording, registration or enforcement of such judgment in any such jurisdiction.

  • CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM This contract shall be deemed made in Durham County, North Carolina. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of North Carolina. The exclusive forum and venue for all actions arising out of this contract shall be the North Carolina General Court of Justice, in Durham County. Such actions shall neither be commenced in nor removed to federal court. This section shall not apply to subsequent actions to enforce a judgment entered in actions heard pursuant to this section.
