If I am a new employee and reside in Oregon, I acknowledge that the Company notified me at least two weeks before my first day of employment that a noncompetition agreement is required as a condition of employment. I further understand and agree that voluntarily signing this agreement before the expiration of two weeks shall serve as a waiver of the two-week review period.
