Organic Waste - Changes to Services. Should changes in law arise that necessitate any additions or deletions to the services described in this Section 8.04 including the type of items included as Organic Waste, the parties will negotiate any necessary cost changes and will enter into an Agreement amendment covering such modifications to the services to be performed and the compensation to be paid in accordance with Section 28.01.1 before undertaking any changes or revisions to such services.
