Common use of Organic Waste Processing Facility Clause in Contracts

Organic Waste Processing Facility. Subject to Section 8.04.3, all Organic Waste Collected as a result of performing Organic Waste Collection Services must be delivered to the Organic Waste Processing Facility. Failure to comply with this provision will result in the levy of an administrative charge as specified in this Agreement and may result in Contractor being in default under this Agreement.
