Service Routes. Dial-A-Ride service is provided to eligible persons and their personal care attendants (PCAs) and/or approved companions at such times and places as may be requested within a service area comprising the following:

Contractor shall update such maps on its website within four (4) Work Days of any change in 1299 Collection routes.
Service Routes. Within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall meet with CITY to review the residential route maps currently held by CITY. In the event such maps do not represent current Collection Routes, including the days and the times at which Collection shall regularly commence CONTRACTOR shall provide such maps to CITY within thirty (30) days of the meeting.

Contractor must provide City with maps and digital mapping data precisely 2079 defining Collection routes, together with the days and the times at which Collection will regularly commence. 2080 16.02 Initial Route Changes. Contractor agrees not to change any Residential Collection Services 2081 routes in effect as of the Effective Date of this Agreement prior to July 1, 2024, with the exception of limited 2082 route changes that may be necessary for new development, and subject to review and approval by the City. 2083 After July 1, 2024, if any re-routing of Residential Collection services is necessary for collection efficiency, 2084 Contractor may submit to City, in writing, proposed route changes (including maps thereof) not less than 2085 sixty (60) calendar days prior to the proposed date of implementation. Any such initial routing change may 2086 not affect more than ten percent (10%) of SFD Service Units in the City and is subject to City review and 2087 approval. 2089 route change (including maps thereof) not less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the proposed date of 2090 implementation. Contractor may not implement any route changes without the prior review of the Agreement 2091 Administrator. If the change will change the Collection day for a Service Recipient, Contractor must notify 2092 those Service Recipients in writing of route changes not less than thirty (30) days before the proposed date 2093 of implementation. 2094 16.04 Collection Route Audits. City reserves the right to conduct audits of Contractor’s Collection 2095 routes. Contractor must cooperate with City in connection therewith, including permitting City employees or 2096 agents, designated by the Agreement Administrator, to ride in the Collection Vehicles to conduct the audits. 2097 Contractor has no responsibility or liability for the salary, wages, benefits or worker compensation claims of 2098 any person designated by the Agreement Administrator to conduct such audits. 2099 Article 17. Minimum Performance and Diversion Standards
Service Routes. Company has furnished to County all collection route information required under Section 4.4.4(a) below.
Service Routes. The Company has provided the County with maps precisely defining collection routes, together with the days and the times at which collection shall regularly commence. Where a route includes Multiple Jurisdiction Routes, Company has calculated the number, volume and types of service provided to each city or County account, and used that to calculate a percentage (%) split for allocation of the waste between the two jurisdictions. This method (or any other reasonable method approved by the County Manager) shall be used to allocate tonnages between jurisdictions. Company shall provide County with annual updates on February 1st of each year of all service route information.
