ORGANIZATION AND REVIEW OF CARE. Group shall comply with policies and procedures pertinent to quality management, utilization management, risk management, scheduling, billing, claims payment, claims adjudication, reconciliation of payments or reimbursements, and other administrative matters relating to the organization of the non-professional aspects of the delivery of care as may be established by Manager from time to time.
