Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI. a. The Contractor shall include this requirement in subcontracts at all tiers. The contractor agrees that this restraint shall be effective throughout this contract period of performance, including any exercised options, and shall extend for six (6) months after completion and acceptance of all work performed under subsequent task orders. The contractor agrees and acknowledges that compliance with this restraint, at all tiers, is a material requirement of this contract.
