Master Schedule. At the start of the schematic design phase, the Construction Administrator will be given a copy of the updated DAS initial schedule as described in the pre-design phase. The Construction Administrator will then create its master schedule based on the DAS’ initial schedule. Utilizing CPM-based software, the Construction Administrator will assign a duration and relationship to each task, add or delete tasks, identify the logic of interrelationships and milestones, and perform schedule management activities to identify the project's critical path and timeline. The master schedule shall include all tasks from the pre-design phase through design, construction, and project closeout. Items to be identified during subsequent refinements include milestones for departmental occupancy, shop drawing and Construction Administrator reviews, special support services, mobilization and demobilization, long lead item purchases, and float times.

Master Schedule. The principal shall prepare the Master Schedule in accordance with Article VII, Section B-Master Schedules, while indicating the number of classes on each track by grade/subject level, including specialty, off-ratio and certificated support personnel to ensure a comprehensive listing. 12-month Teacher assignments shall be identified.
Master Schedule. The District and City shall develop a master schedule for joint use of District and City Property to allocate property use to the District, City, and third parties. The Interagency Team shall schedule regular [frequency of meetings] meetings or at such other times as mutually agreed upon by the District and City. At these meetings, the District and City will review and evaluate the status and condition of jointly used properties and modify or confirm the upcoming [year/season/etc.] schedule.

Master Schedule. Following interviews with the user groups and designers, DAS will obtain, organize, monitor, and forward to the Construction Administrator all of the end users’ and consultants’ schedules and Critical Path Method (CPM) tasks, in the form of an initial schedule, for input into the Construction Administrator’s master schedule. DAS will be responsible for the enforcement and coordination of all communications between the consultants and end users for scheduling requirements. The Construction Administrator will provide data entry only on these tasks. The initial schedule will contain an estimate of construction time and the architect’s design schedule, and other tasks related to the project (such as permits, demolition, surveys, etc.), and shall be reviewed by the Construction Administrator at the completion of the pre-design phase. Prior to the start of the schematic design phase, the DAS will update the schedule based on the Construction Administrator’s comments and an updated design schedule from the architect. This schedule will become the basis upon which the Construction Administrator shall create its initial master schedule.
Master Schedule. The CM shall adjust and update the Master Schedule and distribute copies to the Owner and Designer. All adjustments to the Master Schedule shall be made for the benefit of the Project.
Master Schedule. Lessee shall provide the Master Schedule for construction of the Project, which must, unless modified by a written amendment to the Construction Services Agreement, and regardless of weather conditions, be completed on or before January , 2027. The Master Schedule shall include all milestone dates, including, but not limited to, (1) complete design, (2) Preconstruction Services, (3) agency approvals, (4) utility service approvals, (5) preparation and submittal of a final GMP proposal for construction of the Project, (6) preparation and processing of shop drawings and samples, (7) delivery of materials and equipment requiring long-lead time procurements, (8) phasing, (9) construction sequencing and durations, (10) construction, (11) commissioning, and (12) District acceptance. The Master Schedule for the Construction Phase of the Project shall be provided to the District, and is subject to the District’s written approval. Preparation of the Master Schedule for the Construction Phase will take into consideration sufficient time for the District to authorize said Phase, including any time necessary for the District to obtain approval of funding. Lessee shall provide schedule updates at least monthly, or more often if reasonably required, to communicate market conditions or other conditions affecting the Project. Lessee shall provide a separate bidding schedule for each Phase of construction, as applicable.

Master Schedule. All full-time and regular part-time nurses will be on a master schedule unless another form of scheduling is in place under the Collective Agreement. A copy of the master schedule shall be provided to the Union President. Shift schedules for nurses shall be posted for two (2) weeks in advance, and shall cover a four (4) week period. Prior to implementing a change in the master schedule, a meeting of the Scheduling Committee will be called. Where a master schedule is changed, rotations will be awarded on the basis of seniority. Individual lines on a master schedule may be changed with prior discussion between the employee affected and his or her immediate supervisor, provided that the change does not impact other individual lines on the master schedule. Changes to the individual lines on the master schedule will be provided to the Bargaining Unit President at the regularly scheduled Scheduling Committee meetings.

Master Schedule. Attached hereto as Exhibit B is a schedule for commencement and completion of significant tasks contemplated to achieve completion of Rental Phase 1 (the “Master Schedule”). The Developer shall supplement the bar- graph schedule with detailed schedules for submissions and responses thereto of necessary deliverables associated with tasks covered by the schedule. The Developer shall continually revise and update the Master Schedule to reflect evolving events and circumstances, including impacts on interdependently related activities, and to include actual dates of commencement and completion of tasks. An updated complete Master Schedule will be provided to the City monthly, with identification and explanation of changes reflected therein. If the City shall object to any change in the schedule as submitted by the Developer, the City shall promptly advise the Developer in writing of the City’s basis for such objection and any suggested means of avoiding or otherwise remedying such change. The developer will provide a schedule for Rental Phase 2 within 90 days after the preliminary application for low-income housing tax credits is submitted to NCHFA, and more generally shall supplement and update the Master Schedule relative to any additional Approved Phase.
