Orientation Package Clause Samples

The Orientation Package clause outlines the requirement for providing new employees or contractors with a set of informational materials and resources at the start of their engagement. Typically, this package includes documents such as company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and contact information for key personnel. By ensuring that all necessary information is delivered upfront, this clause helps new hires acclimate quickly, reduces confusion, and promotes compliance with organizational standards from the outset.
