Common use of Original Invoicing Clause in Contracts

Original Invoicing. The original Automotive Repair Shop invoice that corresponds with each Vehicle repair or service provided under the Contract must be available and provided to OGS or the applicable Authorized User upon written request. OGS reserves the right to request a copy of any invoice, repair order, or technician’s notes related to services performed under the Contract.
