Origination Point. At such time that the Village determines that it wants to establish capacity to allow its residents who subscribe to Grantee’s Cable Service to receive EG Access Programming originated from Schools and/or Village facilities (other than those having a signal point of origination at the time of the execution of this Agreement); or at such time that the Village determines that it wants to change or upgrade a location from which EG Access Programming is originated; the Village will give the Grantee written notice detailing the point of origination and the capability sought by the Village. The Grantee agrees to submit a cost estimate to implement the Village’s plan within a reasonable period of time. After an agreement to reimburse the Grantee for its expenditure within a reasonable period of time, the Grantee will implement any necessary system changes within a reasonable period of time.

The Grantee agrees to submit a cost estimate to implement the plan within a reasonable period of time, but not longer than sixty (60) days. After an agreement to reimburse the Grantee for its expenditure, including but not limited to the application of PEG Capital Fees, the Grantee will implement any necessary system changes within a reasonable period of time, but not longer than one hundred twenty days (120). For the purpose of this section, the term “originated,” shall mean the programming was electronically submitted to Grantee’s Cable System from such location.
Origination Point. 8.4.1 The Grantee shall continue to maintain the existing return lines that are in place as of the Effective Date of this Franchise Agreement as stated below in order to enable the distribution of PEG access programming to Grantee’s residential Subscribers. Origination Point. For greater certainty, nothing in this Agreement shall prevent Carrier from including additional Origination Points in the future. In the event of such an addition, Carrier shall file the necessary tariffs to provide for transportation from such Origination Points.
