Origination Points. Licensee shall continue to provide one origination point in each of the buildings listed on Exhibit 4 which will provide the Town the ability to broadcast live programming on the PEG channels. All equipment required to effect such live broadcast shall be the responsibility of the Town.
Origination Points. The Company shall pay to Purchaser origination points in the amount of 2.0% of the principal amount of the Senior Subordinated Note in immediately available funds, which shall be paid on or prior to the Closing Date. All origination points paid under this Section 1.3 are fully earned and nonrefundable.
Origination Points. The Advisor shall be entitled to receive, with respect to each investment originated by the Company, the origination points, if any, paid by borrowers. In connection with the acquisition of investments for the Company, the Advisor may also act as an advisor to third parties which participate with the Company in such investments and may receive origination points, if any, from such third parties or their borrowers.

An additional Origination Point may be required at one (1) future public site and shall be provided by Grantee within ninety (90) days following receipt of written notice from Grantor, at the expense of Grantee, up to a distance of one hundred twenty-five (125) feet from Grantee’s existing outside plant facilities. Grantor shall be responsible for any additional actual connection costs beyond the one hundred twenty-five (125). Such additional costs may be paid for from the PEG capital fee in Section 10.(C).
Origination Points. With respect to the first $100 million of new Mortgage Investments acquired by the Company after April 6, 1999, the Advisor shall be entitled to receive, with respect to each Mortgage Investment originated by the Company, a portion of the origination points paid by borrowers equal to up to 1% of the principal amount of such Mortgage Investment and the Company shall receive the portion of the origination points paid by borrowers in excess of 1% of the principal amount of such Mortgage Investment. After the first $100 million of additional Mortgage Investments is acquired, the Company shall retain 100% of the origination points paid by borrowers. In connection with the acquisition of Mortgage Investments for the Company, the Advisor may also act as an advisor to third parties which participate with the Company in such Mortgage Investments and may receive origination points from such third parties or their borrowers.

Origination Points. (A) The existing Origination Points listed in Attachment “B” will remain available, at the expense of Grantee, for use by the DAP to enable the distribution of PEG Access Programming on the Cable System during the term of this Agreement.
(B) Additional permanent Origination Points requested by the Grantor or DAP in writing shall be provided by Xxxxxxx as soon as reasonably possible at the expense of Grantor or DAP. Such costs may be paid for from the PEG capital fee in Section 13.
(C) There shall be no charge to the Grantor, to any other DAP, or to any other Person for the use of the Upstream Capacity from the program origination locations described in this Section, so long as the transmissions are designed for re-routing and distribution on any PEG Channel(s).
Origination Points. The Company shall provide access origination points for the transmission of an upstream signal from places in the System deemed to be desirable for the production of live programming and deemed to be technically feasible by the Company. Modulators and any other necessary equipment for the reception and/or transmission of signals to and from the origination point are the sole responsibility of the AMO. Pursuant to Docket 7077, Certificate of Public Good, Condition 22, sites must be within 500 feet of serviceable plant. The AMO will bear the cost for site construction and nonstandard installations, which are more than five hundred (500’) feet from the serviceable plant or if it involves underground installation. Serviceable plant is defined as where there is a connection for upstream or return video to headend capabilities. Standard installations are within 300’ aerial feet of the serviceable plant. The locations of such cable drops shall be as follows:
a. New and/or existing origination sites are identified on Schedule A, attached hereto. The Company shall not be obligated to provide drops to sites other than those identified on Schedule A. b. AMO from time to time may request additional remote origination sites for the purpose of “live” cablecasting. The Company will consider these requests on a case-by-case basis taking into consideration the community need, level of planned utilization and technically feasible or financially reasonable. Written permission from the owner of the property is a prerequisite to any site consideration. The Company explicitly reserves the right to deny requests for additional drop locations that are not technically or financially feasible or otherwise do not justify an ongoing need for live cablecasting.
c. The AMO recognizes that the Company will incur one-time capital costs, which may include time and materials, that have an estimated monetary value to construct new origination sites or to add capacity to support locations. The AMO further recognizes that ongoing in-kind support from the Company may be necessary to support facilities on the AMO side of the point of demarcation or at the head end; this is typically technical expertise and minor equipment adjustments. The Company’s spending and contribution is in support of the AMO in accordance with PSB Rule 8.416(C). Origination Points. “Par” Mortgages.
(i) Advisor shall be entitled to receive, with respect to each investment originated by the Company, the origination points, if any, paid by borrowers under mortgages or other loans made by the Company. In connection with the acquisition of investments for the Company, Advisor may also act as an advisor to third parties which participate with the Company in such investments and may receive origination points, if any, from such third parties or their borrowers.
(ii) In the event Advisor is not entitled to an origination fee payable by the borrower under a loan originated for investment by the Company as a result of either (A) a borrower request to price a loan without origination fees, (B) an origination of a loan at par without origination fees, (C) an origination of a loan by a third party where Advisor is unable to obtain a separate origination fee or (D) a similar situation which results in the Company otherwise obtaining a market competitive investment, Advisor shall be entitled to an origination fee or a referral fee from the Company, as appropriate, provided such fee is consistent with industry practice, amount and terms.
Origination Points. 8.5.1. Additional permanent Origination Points required by the City or RVTV shall be provided by Grantee within 90 days following receipt of written notice from City at the expense of City or RVTV.
