Common use of Originator Documents Clause in Contracts

Originator Documents. Each Originator will comply in all material respects with the terms of this Agreement and employ the procedures outlined herein, enforce all of its other rights under each of the Originator Documents to which it is a party, take all such action to such end as may be from time to time reasonably requested by the Buyer, and maintain all such Originator Documents and the UCC financing statements filed in connection with this Agreement in full force and effect.
