Common use of OSHA Clause in Contracts

OSHA. Seller warrants that any Goods sold pursuant to the Agreement comply in all respects with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA), and amendments thereto, and all applicable regulations, rulings, orders, and standards promulgated thereunder. In the event that the Goods sold hereunder do not conform to OSHA standards or requirements, Buyer may return the Goods for correction or replacement at Seller’s expense.
