Training Requirement. Consistent with workload requirements when a Captain or Lieutenant are not available, the officer- in-charge of an engine, truck and rescue squad will be a Master Fire Fighter/Rescuer.
Training Requirement. The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the actual logging contractor engaged in performance of this Contract holds a current logging safety training certificate issued by the Forest Industry Safety & Training Alliance (FISTA) or equivalent safety training acceptable to the seller. Purchaser agrees to provide documentation to Seller that training has been attained prior to initiating sale. FOREST CERTIFICATION (if applicable)
Training Requirement. 5.1 All staff members involved in the delivery of pharmaceutical services on behalf of NHS Grampian should have undertaken all core training modules as detailed on the NHS Grampian Core SLA Training document.
5.2 The pharmacy contractor is responsible for ensuring that all pharmacy staff are suitably trained in their roles and responsibilities with regard to the provision of this service and are competent to deliver them.
5.3 The pharmacy contractor should ensure that all staff involved in the provision of this service have access to and have completed the necessary training.
5.4 Pharmacists involved in this SLA should read and understand the Pharmaceutical Care Information Pack which is sent by the Hepatology Specialist Team alongside all new patient notifications. .
Training Requirement. The Purchaser shall ensure that at least one in-xxxxx person actively engaged in performance of this contract and responsible for the logging site complies with the Wisconsin SFI ® (Sustainable Forestry Initiative ®) Training Standard as adopted by the Wisconsin SFI Implementation Committee (SIC). Purchaser agrees to provide documentation to Seller that the training has been attained prior to initiating sale.
Training Requirement. Distributors are required to assure the adequate training of distributors they sponsor. “Adequate training” shall include, but is not limited to, education regarding the Policies and Procedures, Rewards Plan, product information, sound business practices, sales strategies, and ethical business behavior. A sponsor must maintain an ongoing, professional leadership association with distributors in his/her organization and must fulfill the obligation of performing a bona fide supervisory, sales or distributive function on the sale or delivery of product and services to the ultimate consumer.
Training Requirement. 6.1 At least one member of staff from each participating pharmacy will have completed the NHS Education for Scotland (NES) online Medicines Reconciliation Module (available on TURAS).
6.2 At least one member of staff from each participating pharmacy will attend the online training or view recording of the session outlining the service and will cascade to other members of the pharmacy as required.
6.3 At least one member of staff from each participating pharmacy will attend the one planned peer review session which will occur between 6 to 9 months into the project.

An enroller must maintain an ongoing, professional leadership association with Members in his/her organization and must fulfill the obligation of performing a bona fide supervisory, sales or distributive function on the sale or delivery of products and services to the ultimate consumer.
Training Requirement. To ensure compliance with this Agreement, GLSA agrees to conduct the following trainings within the timeframes below. GLSA shall maintain copies of the training materials and attendance records for each training.
(a) Title III of the ADA, Section 504 and Section 1557 Training. No more than 30 calendar days after the Departments’ approval of GLSA’s policies and procedures and at least one time annually for the Duration of this Agreement, GLSA shall arrange for its entire staff to complete training of sufficient scope and duration to include GLSA’s requirements under Title III of the ADA, Section 504, and Section 1557, including their prohibitions on discrimination against individuals who have HIV and other disabilities. The trainer and training materials must be approved by both DOJ and HHS prior to GLSA administering the training.
Training Requirement. Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30 § 39S, CONTRACTOR shall certify and ensure that all employees of CONTRACTOR to be employed at the worksite will have successfully completed a course in construction safety and health approved by the United States Occupational Safety and Health administration that is at least 10 hours in duration at the time the employee begins work and shall furnish this documentation to DCAMM prior to the start of any Installation Services. Subcontractors and others working at the Premises on behalf of CONTRACTOR shall furnish documentation of successful completion of said course to the CONTRACTOR for submittal to DCAMM prior to the start of any Installation Services.
Training Requirement. Dealer shall send to VeriChip for training all service technicians involved in the installation and maintenance of the Product or related goods. Dealer shall also provide for additional training, as appropriate, at service schools or the like.
