OSSA Contract Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Closing Date, and shall remain in effect until the end of the Term (as such term is defined in the ARCA), or earlier termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Article 13, or the termination of ARCA (the “OSSA Term”).
