OTCQB Listing. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to continue the listing and trading of its Common Stock on OTCQB and, in accordance therewith, will use commercially reasonable efforts to comply in all material respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of such market or exchange, as applicable.
OTCQB Listing. The POCO Common Stock shall continue to be listed on the OTCQB under the symbol “POCO.”
OTCQB Listing. The Company Common Stock is currently eligible to be traded on the OTCQB marketplace and the Company is in compliance with Section 2.3 of the OTCQB listing standards. Except as set forth in Section 3.7 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, there is no Action pending or, to the Knowledge of the Company, threatened against the Company by the OTCQB or FINRA with respect to any intention by such entity to prohibit or terminate the listing of such securities thereon.
OTCQB Listing. On or upon consummation of the Closing, Telkonet shall make or give all filings or notices required to be made or given to continue the listing or quotation of the Telkonet Common Stock on the OTCQB following the Effective Time.
OTCQB Listing. The Telkonet Common Stock shall be listed or quoted on the OTCQB, Telkonet shall have made or given all filings or notices required to be made or given to continue such listing or quotation following the Effective Time.
OTCQB Listing. Issuer represents and warrants that Issuer will file application and pay fees to be listed on the OTCQB marketplace within 2 days of closing of this agreement.
OTCQB Listing. The Common Stock is included for quotation on the OTCQB, under the symbol “TRVS.” The Common Stock is DTC-eligible.
OTCQB Listing. The Company shall, within five (5) Trading Days after the closing of the first Tranche, file its application with OTC Markets with respect to the quotation of the Common Stock on the OTCQB Venture Market.
OTCQB Listing. The Issuer’s common stock is currently listed for trading on the OTCQB with the symbol of RNBI. The Issuer is a reporting company and current in its SEC reports.
OTCQB Listing. Immediately following the execution of this Agreement, ISA shall take all actions necessary for ISA to join OTC.QB.
