The Quotation. 5.1 The Quotation is a fixed price and does not include customs duties and any other fees payable to any Government Departments however it includes insurance at an extra premium where opted by the customer. (Clause 3.3) 5.2 The Supplier may change the Quotation if: 5.2.1 it is not accepted by the Customer within 28 days; 5.2.2 the Services have not been completed within three months after the Quotation has been accepted where the Customer is the cause of the delay; 5.2.3 there are changes in the official rate of exchange between the South African Rand and a foreign currency; 5.2.4 there are changes in any rate of taxation or freight charges falling outside of the control of the Supplier; 5.2.5 additional Items form part of the Move over and above what has been quoted on; 5.2.6 the Services include the collection and/or delivery of Items above a second floor unless the Supplier has agreed thereto in writing; 5.2.7 any additional services are required on the Customer’s request over and above the usual Services provided; 5.2.8 there are delays falling outside of the Supplier’s control; 5.2.9 the mode of access to the premises where the Items are collected, including but not limited to the roads, stairs, lifts or doorways, are inadequate for easy collection and/or delivery of the Items, unless the Supplier was informed of the inadequacy in writing before the quotation was prepared; 5.3 The Customer agrees to pay the additional charges if any of the circumstances referred to in 5.2.1 to 5.2.9 arise. 5.4 The following work does not form part of the Services included in the Quotation, unless agreed to in writing between the Supplier and the Customer: 5.4.1 dismantling or assembling unit furniture (flat-pack), fitments or fittings or take down curtaining; 5.4.2 disconnecting or reconnecting any electrical equipment, electronic equipment, plumbing equipment or any fixtures or fittings; 5.4.3 removing or laying fitted floor coverings; 5.4.4 moving or storing any item referred to in clause 8 below.

The Quotation. The quotation we have given you is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. To confirm your order, you will need to sign both copies of this contract; you should keep one copy for your records and return the other copy to us at the address on the quotation. No contract will be in place until we confirm the order with you. The quotation will document all goods and services we propose to supply, along with the total price for these goods and services including VAT. We will provide you with a timetable for supplying the goods and carrying out the installation. The quotation will include information as to the performance of the technology we have proposed to install. These performance estimates will be calculated according to the requirements of the appropriate MCS Standard. We will discuss with you and provide you with information as to the location of key components. You will be given the opportunity to approve the site designs before work commences. Where we are unable to supply the main energy generator that was specified in the quotation, we will inform you of this in writing and you will have the right to cancel this contract. We will advise you on approvals and permissions that may be required for the work; however, it will be your responsibility to ensure that such approvals and permissions are in place. If there are additional payments that you may have to make, such as planning costs or if you need to consult a Structural Engineer, we will offer assistance and advice, but you will be responsible for these costs. If there is a particular service or item of equipment that would normally be considered as part of the installation and you have requested that this not be included, then we will have documented this on the quotation. Any fees which the Supplier shall charge. ii. Any disbursements or expenses which the Supplier will require the Client to meet (including but not limited to the costs of materials). iii. Any VAT or tax element which will be payable by the Client. The Quotation shall be attached to these terms and conditions as a schedule and where a contract is entered into between the Supplier and the Client, the Client will be deemed to have accepted the content of the Quotation in full

The Quotation. 3.1 None of the descriptions, specifications, drawings, illustrations and particulars or dimensions submitted by the Company at the quotation stage or present in any of its literature, price lists and advertisements may be deemed as a part of this Document. 3.2 The Company reserves its right to cancel the Project, any time before Sign off. 3.3 The Parties agree that unit prices of the Goods are sensitive to quantities and therefore the alteration of quantities in Company’s quotations may influence unit prices of the Goods. 3.4 The Company may, when necessary, stipulate special charges and conditions for split runs, or other special requirements.

The Quotation. 3.1 The specification and price quoted for any Goods will, on receipt of confirmation of the Client’s order, be confirmed in writing to the Client. FDFL’s drawing, notes and specifications provided as part of the Quotation will be conclusive and once approved by the Client shall not thereafter vary without prior agreement of FDFL. Notwithstanding the foregoing, FDFL reserves the right to make changes to the Goods as it sees fit to ensure best quality of the finished product or to provide custom built equipment. As such, the drawings and specifications may differ from those given in the Quotation and FDFL shall not incur any liability whatsoever resulting from such change or difference. 3.2 Any price quoted will be open to acceptance by the Client for a period of 7 days. After such time FDFL reserves the right to re-quote for the Goods. 3.3 FDFL reserves the right to employ agent or subcontractors where necessary to do so in order to carry out its obligations under these terms and conditions.

Any fees which Garden Grow Ltd shall charge. ii. Any disbursements or expenses, which Garden Grow Ltd will require the Client to meet (including but not limited to the costs of materials). iii. The Quotation shall be attached to these terms and conditions as a schedule and where a contract is entered into between Garden Grow Ltd and the Client, the Client will be deemed to have accepted the content of the Quotation in full. 3.3. Once a quotation has been accepted, depending on the job circumstances, a deposit may be required from all customers on placing the order and before construction commences.

The Quotation shall be attached to these terms and conditions as a schedule and where a contract is entered into between Renderfine and the Client, the Client will be deemed to have accepted the content of the Quotation in full.
