Section 3 of the Guidelines, for example, sets out improvements, terms and economic qualifications. Conformance with all sections, however, is required for eligibility. APPLICANT INFORMATION The taxing unit may consider applicant’s financial capacity in determining whether to enter into an abatement agreement. Established companies for which public information is available, or the wholly owned businesses of such companies, should include with the application a copy of their latest annual report to stockholders. Other applicants and new companies should attach a statement showing when the company was established; business references (name, contact and telephone number of principal bank, accountant and attorney) and may be required to submit an audited financial statement and business plan.

  • Other Allowances The District shall pay to each teacher appointed by the District to the following positions, the Allowance respectively set forth opposite each such position, namely: Effective September 1, 2008

  • Coordination with Workers' Compensation When an employee has incurred an on-the- job injury or an on-the-job disability and has filed a claim for workers' compensation, medical costs connected with the injury or disability shall be paid by the employee's health plan, pursuant to M.S. 176.191, Subdivision 3.

  • Other Contractors District reserves the right to enter into other agreements for work additional or related to the subject matter of this Contract, and Contractor agrees to cooperate fully with these other contractors and with the District. When requested by District, Contractor shall coordinate its performance under this Contract with such additional or related work. Contractor shall not interfere with the work performance of any other contractor or District employees.

  • Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.

  • Special Allowances The Bank shall provide Executive with either the use of an automobile or an automobile allowance and either the use of a cellular telephone or a cellular telephone allowance during the Employment Period in accordance with the standard policies and practices of the Bank and consistent with that provided to Executive as of the Effective Date; provided that the allowance for a given year must be paid to the Executive not later than 2.5 months after the end of such year.

  • Concessions Given current market conditions, the State is very interested in acquiring market concessions for this transaction. Any concessions, especially the timing of such, will be a major factor in assessing proposals received. Concessions may include reduced rent, free rent, moving allowances or any other item you are willing to incorporate into the proposal. Clearly a combination of these items may be included also.

  • Meal Allowances Employees assigned to be in travel status between the employee's temporary or permanent work station and a field assignment shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of meals including a reasonable gratuity.
