Common use of OTHER ACTIVITIES OF MEMBERS AND DIRECTORS Clause in Contracts

OTHER ACTIVITIES OF MEMBERS AND DIRECTORS. (a) The Directors shall not be required to devote their full business time to the affairs of the Company, but shall devote such time as may reasonably be required to perform their obligations under this Agreement. (b) Any Member, Director, or Affiliate of the foregoing may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures or commercial dealings of every kind and description, independently or with others, including, but not limited to, acquisition and disposition of Securities, provision of investment advisory or brokerage services, serving as directors, officers, employees, advisers, or agents of other companies, partners of any partnership, members of any limited liability company, or trustees of any trust, or entering into any other commercial arrangements. No Member shall have any rights in or to such activities of any other Member or Director, or any profits derived therefrom.

OTHER ACTIVITIES OF MEMBERS AND DIRECTORS. No Member or Director shall have any rights in or to such activities of any other Member Member, Director or DirectorAdvisor or any Affiliate thereof, or any profits derived therefrom.

(b) Any Member, Member or Director, or and any Affiliate of the foregoing any Member or Director, may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures or commercial dealings of every kind and description, independently or with others, including, but not limited to, acquisition and disposition of Securities, provision of investment advisory or brokerage services, serving as directors, officers, employees, advisers, advisors or agents of other companies, partners of any partnership, members of any limited liability company, or trustees of any trust, or entering into any other commercial arrangements. No Member or Director shall have any rights in or to such activities of any other Member or Director, or any profits derived therefrom.

(b) Any Member, Director, or Affiliate of the foregoing may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures or commercial dealings of every kind and description, independently or with others, including, but not limited to, acquisition and disposition of Securities, provision of investment advisory or brokerage services, serving as directors, officers, employees, advisers, or agents of other companies, partners of any partnership, members of any limited liability company, or trustees of any trust, or entering into any other commercial arrangements. No Member shall have any rights in or to such activities of any other Member or Director, or any profits derived therefrom.

No Member or Director shall have any rights in or to such activities of any other Member Member, Director, Administrator or DirectorAdviser or any Affiliate thereof, or any profits derived therefrom.

No Member or Director shall have any rights in or to such activities of any other Member or Director, or any profits derived therefrom.

No Member shall have any rights in or to such activities of any other Member or Director, or any profits derived therefrom.

(b) Any Member, Director, or Affiliate of the foregoing may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures or commercial dealings of every kind and description, independently or with others, including, but not limited to, acquisition and disposition of Securities, provision of investment advisory or brokerage services, serving as directors, officers, employees, advisers, or agents of other companies, partners of any partnership, members Members of any limited liability company, or trustees of any trust, or entering into any other commercial arrangements. No Member shall have any rights in or to such activities of any other Member or Director, or any profits derived therefrom.
