Common use of OTHER AGREEMENTS / AMENDMENTS SUPERSEDED Clause in Contracts

OTHER AGREEMENTS / AMENDMENTS SUPERSEDED. This Agreement shall supersede any and all prior General Sales Agency Agreement and its amendments, schedules, MOUs, side letters, if any, between the Parties hereto concerning the sale of air transportation offered by the Airlines, under this Agreement except with respect to such rights and liabilities as may otherwise exist at the date hereof.

This Agreement (along with all its Schedules hereunder) shall supersede any and all prior General Sales Agency Agreement and its amendments, schedules, MOUs, side letters, if any, between the Parties hereto concerning the sale of air transportation offered by the AirlinesPrincipal, under this Agreement except with respect to such rights and liabilities as may otherwise exist at the date hereof.
