Sections 3(a), 3(b) and 3(c) establish minimum salary, bonus and option grant levels for Executive during the Term, and shall not preclude the Board from awarding Executive a higher salary or more stock options at any time, nor shall they preclude the Board from awarding Executive additional bonuses or other compensation in the discretion of the Board.
