Other and Additional Compensation. The preceding sections establish the minimum compensation during the Term and shall not preclude the Compensation Committee from awarding Schein a higher salary or any bonuses or stock options, restricted stock or other forms of equity awards in the discretion of the Committee during the Term at any time.
