Common use of Other Associated Electric Products Clause in Contracts

Other Associated Electric Products. If at any time during the Delivery Period, there shall occur a change in market structure, including but not limited to the designation of an independent system operator or formation of an RTO, and as a result thereof there shall exist a market for Other Associated Electric Products, then Buyer shall have the right, upon notice to Seller, to purchase all Other Associated Electric Products related to the Contract Quantity of Capacity. The compensation to Seller for such sale s of Other Associated Electric Products, if elected or required by Buyer, is included in the Capacity Payment and no other or further amount shall be payable by Buyer to Seller in connection with the sale, provision or delivery of Other Associated Electric Products hereunder.

If at any time during the Delivery Period, there Buyer or any Affiliate of Buyer shall elect or be requiredthere shall occur a change in market structure, including but not limited to the purchasethe designation of an independent system operator or formation of an RTOa regional transmission organization, and as a result thereof there shall exist a market for Other Associated Electric Products, then Buyer shall have the right, right upon notice to Seller, Seller to purchase all Other Associated Electric Products related to the Contract Quantity of Capacity. The compensation to Seller for such sale s of Other Associated Electric Products, if elected or required by Buyer, is included in the Capacity Payment Option Premium and no other or further amount shall be payable by Buyer to Seller in connection with the sale, provision or delivery of Other Associated Electric Products hereunderpayable.

The compensation to Seller for such sale s of Other Associated Electric Products, if elected or required by Buyer, is included in the Capacity Payment and no other or further amount shall be payable by Buyer to Seller in connection with the sale, provision or delivery of Other Associated Electric Products hereunderpayable.

The compensation to Seller for such sale s of Other Associated Electric Products, if elected or required by Buyer, is included in the Capacity Payment and no other or further amount shall be payable by Buyer to Seller in connection with the sale, provision or delivery of Other Associated Electric Products hereunder.
