Other Associations. Borrower is not engaged and has no interest in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person except as set forth in Schedule 4.15 or as otherwise permitted by Section 6.7.

Other Associations. As of the Closing Date, no Loan Party is engaged and has any interest in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person except as shown on Schedule “5.14,” attached hereto and made part hereof.
