Other Associations. Borrower has not engaged in, nor has it any interest in, any joint venture or partnership with any other Person except as shown on Schedule 5.14 attached hereto.

Other Associations. As of the Closing Date, no Loan Party is engaged and has any interest in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person except as shown on Schedule “5.14,” attached hereto and made part hereof.
