Other Attendees. Any Director may invite a subject matter expert to attend any meeting of the Board; provided, however, that any Person granted attendance rights will agree in writing to be subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations if requested by a Director and provided further that no other Director objects to such expert’s presence. Upon such objection, the expert will be excluded from any meeting or any portion of a meeting.
Other Attendees. 1.8.1 Other Trust representatives and full-time officers may attend the EPF in an ex-officio capacity with prior agreement of the joint chairs.
Other Attendees. A senior manager from Hampshire County Council will be entitled to attend each meeting of the Joint Management Board The Joint Management Board may invite such other persons to attend a meeting or meetings as it shall decide from time to time.
Other Attendees. 12.1. From time to time the Chair may co-opt to Committee meetings representatives from other ministerial councils.
12.2. The Chair may appoint other advisers to provide advice to the Committee as the need arises.

Where requested by the Principal or the Contractor, and approved by the Dispute Avoidance Board, or where requested by the Dispute Avoidance Board, and approved by the Principal and the Contractor, other persons who may be involved in the Project (such as the design manager, independent verifier or a subcontractor) may be invited to attend meetings and/or make special presentations to the Dispute Avoidance Board on matters or issues relevant to the Project.

In addition to the attendance of SC members, with prior written notice to the other Party’s SC members, each Party may also bring to any SC meeting such technical and other advisors as it may deem appropriate, provided that such advisors are employees of a Party or its Affiliates and are under written confidentiality and use restrictions at least as strict as those imposed herein. The purpose of today’s meeting is to provide an update on the implementation progress for the Terrestrial and Aquatic PM&Es for this year. There were no additions or changes to the meeting agenda. • Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx gave an update on the Bull Gin Complex Fires. Suppression efforts are in progress. Containment status of 50%. • Appendix H–Facilities Fund Budget Allocation for Pilgrim Creek Park • Appendix T–Cabinet Gorge Fish Hatchery Spring Water Collection System Upgrade • May 31, 2022–Order Approving 2021 Annual Report and 2022 Implementation Plans per Article 402, Annual Threatened and Endangered Species Plan per Article 432, and Annual Fishway Plan per Article 433 for Avista Corporation under P-2058. • June 6, 2022–FERC Letter stating that Xxxxx Reservoir Draft Exceedance will not be treated as a violation of License Article #429. • July 12-13, 2022–FERC environmental inspection of the Xxxxx Fork Hydroelectric Project. No follow-up items or non-compliance matters were identified during the inspection of the project. • The Cultural Resources Management Group members agreed to cancel the fall meeting and reconvene in early March. Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Kootenai Tribe archeologists performed annual monitoring of culturally-sensitive sites. • Reviewed 49 projects including: o 23 work authorizations o 6 Noxon Rapids Hydroelectric Development related projects o 7 Cabinet Gorge Hydroelectric Development related projects o 13 fisheries related projects Xxxxx Xxxx gave an update. One donated easement; 3,000 acres of conservation easement plan to close by end of the year; 1 new project closed on 90 acres for trail and development.
