Common use of Other Attendees Clause in Contracts

Other Attendees. Any Director may invite a subject matter expert to attend any meeting of the Board; provided, however, that any Person granted attendance rights will agree in writing to be subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations if requested by a Director and provided further that no other Director objects to such expert’s presence. Upon such objection, the expert will be excluded from any meeting or any portion of a meeting.
