Other Authorities and Stakeholders. The Service Provider shall identify all authorities and stakeholders who should be consulted about the design and implementation of this project and the degree to which liaison with each is expected. In addition, the Service Provider shall compile a list of the relevant persons, their capacity to act for such authority or body and their contact details, with whom liaison must take place but shall not commit to any meetings without first engaging the Client to confirm how and when such meetings should be held.
