Other Benefits/Supplemental Pay. After the first 30 days of active military service, employees shall not be eligible to earn or receive other forms of City compensation including, but not limited to, education grants, acting pay, special additional pay, FLSA and regular overtime, deferred compensation, bilingual pay, training pay, life insurance, health insurance, and uniform allowance.
