Common use of Other Business Affiliations Clause in Contracts

Other Business Affiliations. In addition to Executive's obligations under Section 8, Executive agrees that, without the approval of the Company, he shall not, while employed by the Company, devote any time to any business affiliation which would interfere with or derogate from his obligations under this Agreement with respect of the Company and any of its subsidiaries, parents or affiliates

In addition to Executive's ’s obligations under Section 89, Executive agrees that, without the approval of the Company, he shall not, while employed by the Company, devote any time to any business affiliation which would interfere with or derogate from his obligations under this Agreement with respect of the Company and any of its subsidiaries, parents or affiliates.
