Other Business Pursuits; No Fiduciary Duties. (a) Neither Operator nor any employee or officer of Operator or its Affiliates shall be required to perform the Services as such Person’s sole and exclusive occupation, and Operator and the employees and officers of Operator or its Affiliates may have other occupations and activities in addition to those relating to this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Partnership acknowledges and agrees that Operator and its Affiliates currently operate, and shall have the right to operate during the Term, other assets and conduct other businesses in addition to the operations of Business.
