Other Carriers. TCG shall have no responsibility with respect to billing, charges or disputes related to services used by Reseller or Reseller's Customer which are not included in the Services herein including, without limitation, any local, regional and long distance services not offered by TCG. Reseller shall be fully responsible for the payment of any bills for such services, including, as applicable, third party billing, E911 and 911 and Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) as well as any other charges of a similar nature, and for the resolution of any disputes or discrepancies with the service provider.
