Carrier Equipment. Each Carrier is responsible for purchasing its own specific equipment necessary for the interconnection and provision of signal source to the Multi-Carrier Parallel DAS Network and may be responsible for maintenance of that equipment when it integrates with the Multi-Carrier Parallel DAS Network.

Carrier Equipment. XXXXXXX agrees to ensure the equipment condition complies with all pertinent rules and specifications set forth in the National Safety Code of Canada and with all other applicable provisions of Provincial, Federal, State and/or Local law or ordinance and all lawful orders, rules and regulations issued thereunder. CARRIER’S equipment offered to BROKER for loading of the commodities to be transported is to be clean, order-free, dry, leak proof and free of contamination, dunnage and infestation. CARRIER shall at its sole cost and expense furnish all tires and other parts supplies and equipment necessary or required for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the equipment. CARRIER shall pay all expenses of every nature, including the expense of road service and repair, in connection with the use and operation of the equipment and shall, at its sole cost and expense, at all times during the term of this Agreement, maintain the equipment in good repair, mechanical condition and appearance. If the condition or type of equipment is reasonably deemed by the BROKER not suitable or roadworthy and where this information is properly communicated to the CARRIER, the CARRIER will either replace the equipment or repair it within 24 hours of said communication. If this equipment is not replaced or repaired to BROKERS’s reasonable satisfaction, this occurrence will be deemed a breach of this Agreement, if this situation is confirmed by a qualified licensed service technician.
Carrier Equipment. Customer shall be liable for any and all damage to the equipment or property owned by CUA, its Affiliates or Underlying Operators and located on Customer’s premises, excluding reasonable wear and tear and any damage caused by CUA, its Affiliates or Underlying Operators. Upon expiration or termination of an Order, Customer will surrender to CUA any such equipment and property.
Carrier Equipment. Except as otherwise specifically provided in the applicable Statement of Work, each Carrier is responsible for purchasing its own specific equipment necessary for the interconnection and provision of signal source to the DAS and may be responsible for entering into a separate maintenance agreement with the Third Party Vendor when it integrates with the DAS.
Carrier Equipment. Bus, van, or limousine owned or leased by an approved DoD carrier under the terms of this Agreement, which is directly under the control of the carrier’s management. All equipment must be listed on the carrier’s inventory list provided to the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO).

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Your Equipment All equipment and facilities provided by you for use with your Services is “Customer Equipment.” You are solely responsible for installing, maintaining, configuring, repairing, replacing, upgrading and using your Customer Equipment. Astound has no responsibility whatsoever with respect to your Customer Equipment. If your Customer Equipment impairs the Services, you will remain liable for payment of the applicable Fees for your Services. If, at your request, Xxxxxxx should attempt to resolve difficulties caused by your Customer Equipment, such efforts will be performed at Astound’s discretion and at Astound’s then- current standard hourly rates for such work. Any Customer Equipment you use in connection with the Services must meet Astound’s then-current minimum technical and other requirements.

  • Computer Equipment No computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as tablets and laptop computers, or any component thereof, may be purchased with funds provided under this Contract, regardless of purchase price, without prior written approval of ADMINISTRATOR. Any such purchase shall be in accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the same inventory control conditions specified above in Subparagraphs 18.1.1 to 18.1.4, and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY upon termination of this Contract.

  • STANDARD EQUIPMENT All items of standard equipment which are provided by the OEM shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted by the Authorized User or are specified to be other than standard in the Mini-Bid. When Optional equipment is specified, all components listed in the OEM’s data book as being included with the Option shall be furnished.

  • Safe Equipment The City shall furnish and maintain in the best possible working condition, within the limits of its financial capability, the necessary tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment required for members to safely carry out their duties.   • Other Equipment Seller shall install, own and maintain the infrastructure associated with the Revenue Metering Package, including but not limited to all enclosures (meter cabinets, meter pedestals, meter sockets, pull boxes, and junction boxes, along with their grounding/bonding connections), CT/PT mounting structures, conduits and ductlines, enclosure support structures, ground buses, pads, test switches, terminal blocks, isolation relays, telephone surge suppressors, and analog phone lines (one per meter), subject to Company's review and approval.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties.   • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.
