Common use of Other Change Orders Clause in Contracts

Other Change Orders. For Change Orders involving the following situations that would materially affect the completion of the Work by lengthening the critical path of the Construction Progress Schedule, the Design Professional shall recommend the appropriate number of additional days to be considered in the Change Order. CMR agrees that any monetary remedy associated with such extensions of time shall be no greater that the actual direct costs incurred by the CMR.
