In addition to the payment of monthly rent, the Tenant is responsible for the payment of other charges as specified in the Lease and Community Policies posted in each site management office. Other charges include: (1) any Landlord excess utility surcharges, (2) maintenance costs, (3) violation fines, (4) delinquent rent late charge, and (5) other amounts owed to Landlord.
