Other City Facilities Clause Samples
The "Other City Facilities" clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the use or access of additional municipal properties or infrastructure not specifically named elsewhere in the agreement. This clause typically outlines the conditions under which the contracting party may utilize or interact with facilities such as parking lots, storage areas, or utility connections owned by the city. Other City Facilities. This work will take place at the City's other facilities such as City owned buildings, parks, pools, and street storm water facilities. This category will include work on all types of pumps, motors and equipment common to these facilities.
Other City Facilities. CONTRACTOR shall commence work within 5-calendar days of notification from CITY for all non- emergency calls. CONTRACTOR shall commence work within 4 days of notification from CITY for all emergency calls. CONTRACTOR shall commence work on warranty repairs within the same time frame specified for non- emergency and emergency calls.
Other City Facilities. SHUSD shall request and pay for use of other facilities 63 not covered by this Agreement through normal permit process of CITY.
