Nature of Use. The Licensee may use the Master(s) for BACKGROUND, FEATURE, THEME, CONCERT, UNDER CREDITS purposes; not to exceed approximately TIME in length. The Licensee may use the Master(s) in whole or in part, edited or otherwise modified in Licensee's sole discretion.

Nature of Use. Use of the Fitness Center confers solely the right to use and enjoy the Fitness Center facilities and equipment in accordance with the Fitness Center’s rules and regulations, as they may change from time to time, in the sole discretion of the Fitness Center. Rights to use the Fitness Center do not confer any interest in the property or assets of the Fitness Center or any right to participate in the management or operations of the Fitness Center, financially or otherwise. The user identified above may not sell or otherwise transfer his or her rights to use the Fitness Center to another party.
Nature of Use. BellSouth shall permit Interconnector to place, maintain and operate in the Collocation Space any equipment that Interconnector is authorized by BellSouth and by Federal or State regulators to place, maintain and operate in collocation space and that is used by Interconnector to provide services which Interconnector has the legal authority to provide. The equipment must at a minimum comply with the BellCore Network Equipment Building System (NEBS) General Equipment Requirements (TR-NWT-000063) and National Electric Code standards. Interconnector may elect to enclose the Collocation Space. Interconnector shall not use the Collocation Space for marketing purposes. Interconnector shall place no signs or marking of any kind (except for a plaque or other identification affixed to Interconnector’s equipment and reasonably necessary to identify Interconnector’s equipment, and which shall include a list of emergency contacts with telephone numbers), in the area surrounding the Collocation Space or on the grounds of the Central Office housing the Collocation Space.

Nature of Use. Winstar equipment must comply with BellCore Network Equipment Building System (NEBS) Requirements, Electromagnetic Compatibility and Electrical Safety Generic Criteria for Network Telecommunication Equipment (TR-NWT-001089), and FCC OET Bulletin 65 dated 08/97. Requirements of provision 20.18 of BellSouth’s FCC #1 tariff also apply. The operation of Winstar’s microwave equipment shall comply with all applicable federal and state RF guidelines.
